You’ll be used to overseeing both permanent and casual staff – not only administering the department but also providing clear and meaningful leadership, management and support. You’ll have solid, venue-based health and safety management experience and you’ll be comfortable working safely and effectively in a flexible, multi-arts venue – including managing the technical, safety and compliance interface with visiting shows and events, and reviewing documentation.
